Carlson Wagonlit Travel has been operating in Italy for more than 30 years and today is the nation's top company in business travel management.  The company is present across the national territory with their own Business Travel Centers and offers services to multinational firms, large companies and small to medium sized businesses operating in all fields of commerce: from food stuff to chemical-pharmaceutical, from banking to automotive, from defense to wholesale, not to mention the primary institutions.

Projects

Global support for the company network architecture with more than 40 branches, central and peripheral infrastructure.

Design and installation of the current Server-Farm in the company’s main headquarters.

Technical coordination for the migration of the WAN connectivity infrastructure from an old provider to a new one.

Design and installation of the LAN infrastructure. Introduction of iSCSI based SAN architecture. IT environment management as an outsourcer.

Renewal of the entire company's computer systems (650 workstations).

Help Desk service provided to 40 branches for a total of about 700 users between fixed and travelling personnel. The second level Service Desk is provided on call upon specific request or for new projects.
