The Customer

Through the awarding of a public contract, the client commissioned us with providing Help Desk and Service Desk support for the hardware and software infrastructure which make up their Information Systems. The goal of the contract was to ensure the operational functionality of the basic services and the applications in use. Approximately 150 workstations displaced in different geographical sites.

Projects

Help Desk Service: support for the users following malfunctions and stoppages while using the applications provided by the Information System; Operational support: installation and configuration of the permanent and mobile workstations and the servers as well as systematic support in order to resolve basic software stoppages, anomalies or errors. Application support: Support in response to software application stoppages or malfunctions; Planned and scheduled activities: scheduled hardware/software maintenance operations and support for any scheduled logistical activities.

Connectivity support: support for the correct operation of the data transmission network and the local networks.

E-Mail: E-Mail service with a maximum of 300 accounts. Document management services.
