Projects

Management of the company ACG (accounting/management) information system.

Installation of a product in conformance with J2EE specifications for budget management.

Installation of an entirely web based protocol management application.

On site and remote Help Desk and Service Desk support. The main system is made up of an IBM AS/400 server and 5 INTEL servers in a Microsoft environment, 4 of which are in cluster with automatic back-up systems. The users are displaced over three sites for a total of approximately 150 users connected with the central Rai Trade and Rai systems.
