Situation: 445 employees; more than 280 rental offices all across the national territory.

Startup: 2 weeks; preliminary analysis and suggestions for internal organization; Firedoc and Website setup; software integration with labor consultant.

Results: reduction in lead time for preparation and shipment of the documents; assurance of secure service for the employees which is always accessible online; also used for publication of public documents and documents relative to the single employees (Year-end wages statements, letters, etc.).

Goal: Integrate the accounting system with received and issued documents.

Situation: informative accounting system on iSeries (AS/400); documents received in hard copy; documents issued directly by the iSeries system.

Startup: 4 weeks; preliminary analysis and Firedoc setup; integration with the DB2/400 database and with the 5250 screens; setup of scanning stations.

Results: automatic and silent archival of the documents issued by the system; access to the documents directly from the iSeries screens; guided and preset scanning process.

Goal: document management by the sales department.

Situation: approximately 120 users, half of which are travelling personnel; 11 Business Travel Centers across the national territory.

Startup: 3 weeks; preliminary analysis and Firedoc setup; integration with existing CRM; analysis and recovery of existing documents.

Results: constant upkeep and distribution of the sales department equity; online consultation of the document archive by all authorized personnel at any time from anywhere in the world.

Goal: on-line availability of medical report for patients, doctors and staff of USI?s Group.

Situation: 10 office in Lazio (Italy).

Results: increase customer satisfaction with a technological advanced service; documents faster research; integration with AS/400 systems; digital signature and replacement of paper document.
