The service consists in 4 phases: Acquisition, Indexing, Archival and Revision.

The Acquisition phase allows the facilitation of path selection for the acquired documents. This phase also allows the capturing of the various document flows already present in the company.

The Indexing phase completes the document with all of the necessary information which will allow the correct archival according to the user’s needs.

Archival allows consultation of the documents at any time from anywhere.

Thanks to the Revision phase, it is possible to manage, verify and update the archived document each time.
